This competition is also subject to the following terms and conditions.
You should make sure you read the terms and conditions below, because your participation constitutes your acceptance of such terms and conditions.
1. How it works.
1.1. The Phone for Food Competition runs from 12pm Tuesday 01st March 2011 to 12pm 28th February 2012.
1.2. The Competition is run and managed by Phone for Food and Influx Mobile Ltd
1.3. To enter the Competition, send the words COMP(space)4FOOD (space) and either A,B or C to 87121 [ text cost 50p + Standard Network Charge, have bill payers permission]
1.4. You can enter the Competition at any time during the Competition Period. Any entries received before or after this time will not be included in the competition, but you may still be charged
1.5. One winner will be electronically randomly drawn every 3 months from the start date.
1.6. The text message must be actually registered by us for it to be entered in to Competition draw
1.7. You may only enter if you have the bill payers permission. Any entrants or winner who cannot or do not, if requested, provide proof of permission will be disqualified and a new winner will be selected
2. Payment
2.1. Texts cost 50p + Std network charge. The total cost of your text may vary depending on the particular network used by you. Charges for entering the Competition will be deducted from the contestant’s available credit time if they are a pre-pay customer or will appear on the monthly statement if they are a pay monthly customer
2.2. If you text the competition outside of the 12pm Tuesday 01st March 2011 to 12pm 28th February 2012 Competition Period, Any entries received before or after this time will not be included in the competition, but you may still be charged
3. Prizes and General
3.1. The prize pool for the Competition consists of a £30 meal for two. The Winners will be announced via www.phoneforfood.co.uk at the start of every month ie 1st June then 3 months thereafter and so on.
3.2. Prizes are subject to availability and may be subject to change at our discretion
3.3. In all matters our decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into
3.4. The winner will be contacted by the phone number that the winning text was sent from
3.5. You may only enter this competition as an individual; entries that, in our absolute discretion, have been made via participation in a syndicate will be disqualified
3.6. Any entries made, in our absolute discretion, via any form of machine assisted intervention enabling multiple entries will be disqualified
3.7. Refund will not be made if they are disqualified under clauses 3.5 and 3.6
3.8. Entrants may submit more than one entry; not withstanding each entry will be subject to clause 2.1 and clauses 3.5 and 3.6 of these terms and conditions
3.9. We reserve the right to withdraw any prize not claimed within 14 days following the winner being notified
3.10. The Competition is to be advertised on www.phoneforfood.co.uk, in the Phone for Food Brochures and other advertising materials
